If You've Lost a Loved One
What to do first.
- Call us immediately at (973) 687-3376. We answer at any hour, and we'll guide you through what comes next.
- Submit the notification form below if you'd like the masjid to schedule a janazah prayer or coordinate ghusl. This is in addition to calling, not a replacement.

Notify the masjid
For a non-urgent notification, complete our short form. The imam and bereavement coordinators receive submissions immediately. For anything urgent, please call (973) 687-3376 first.

The form takes about 3 minutes. It asks for your contact information, the deceased's name, services needed, and any notes. Submissions go directly to the masjid.
